Order processing at Monarka Jewelry NYC varies based on the item ordered. If your item is in stock and does not require resizing, it is typically shipped within 2 business days of your order. Backordered items take 2-3 weeks to ship, while made-to-order items take between 5-15 business days. Please refer to the item page for expected shipping times, or contact us directly. All packages require a signature upon delivery. We are pleased to offer international shipping.

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a non-PO BOX shipping address to receive your product. Monarka Jewelry NYC takes international shipments seriously, providing shipping to over 120 countries via FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation and full insurance. International shipments are sent with comprehensive insurance and appropriate value declaration. For specific shipping instructions, please contact us. Shipping to most countries worldwide takes 3-5 business days.

All orders placed from outside the US are subject to extensive review and verification. Any order flagged as high risk will be voided and refunded immediately. A customer service representative may contact you for additional verification if necessary. We appreciate your patience during the order verification process as we strive to protect the safety and security of all shipments and their respective buyers.

Monarka Jewelry NYC reserves the right to cancel shipment of any order that appears suspicious or of high-risk potential.

International Duties and Taxes

Your country's customs office may impose import duties or taxes on any incoming international shipment. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and typically range between 10%-15% of the total declared value. Your customs office may contact you to remit payment after you receive your package. In some cases, FedEx may pay these import fees in advance for you and will contact you once the package has cleared customs to remit payment for these duties.

International Return Policy

International returns are protected under our 14-Day Return Policy. Please follow the procedures listed in our Return Policy. Allow 24hrs for a response as wait times increase with a high volume of inquires.

Return Protection and Insurance

For returns customer covers return shipment label and insurance, ensuring your item is safely returned to us for an upgrade or store credit. An "upgrade" must be at least 1.2x the value of your current product and must be within the 14-day return window. This coverage applies to unaltered items.

Our 14-day return policy allows you ample time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to Monarka Jewelry NYC within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit. We value our customers and strive to resolve any concerns. For made-to-order items, a 20-30% restocking fee applies, depending on the specifics discussed post-purchase. "Made-to-order items" refer to any item altered from its original state (e.g., color, size, length). Please contact our team with any further concerns or questions. Return Policy Guidelines:

  • Customer covers return shipment label and insurance, ensuring your item is returned safely for an upgrade or store credit.
  • Packages returned to Monarka Jewelry NYC without Label may be declined and returned to the sender.
  • Jewelry items may only be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Watches have a 5-day return policy.
  • Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Items showing signs of wear or that have been altered, engraved, or damaged in any way are not eligible for a return.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable. All specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production to maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Engraved items are non-refundable.
  • Items on layaway, hold, or deposit are non-refundable.
  • Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.
  • All CZ, CVD, and Lab-Made Diamond merchandise is made to order and non-refundable.
  • Ring sizes greater than size 10 or less than size 7 are non-refundable.
  • All 18K Gold products are made to order and non-refundable.
  • Chains 18 inches and under or 24 inches and over are non-refundable.
  • Bracelets under 7 inches or over 8 inches are non-refundable.
  • If the original gold color or diamond color & quality is altered in any way from the original listing, your order is considered custom and is non-refundable.

We provide insured shipping with FedEx on all domestic orders.
