Return Policy Guidelines:

• Customer covers return shipment label and insurance, ensuring your item is returned safely for an upgrade or store credit.
• Packages returned to Monarka Jewelry NYC without Label may be declined and returned to the sender.
• Jewelry items may only be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Watches have a 5-day return policy.
• Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Items showing signs of wear or that have been altered, engraved, or damaged in any way are not eligible for a return.
• Custom orders are non-refundable. All specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production to maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
• Engraved items are non-refundable.
• Items on layaway, hold, or deposit are non-refundable.
• Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.
• All CZ, CVD, and Lab-Made Diamond merchandise is made to order and non-refundable.
• Ring sizes greater than size 10 or less than size 7 are non-refundable.
• All 18K Gold products are made to order and non-refundable.
• Chains 18 inches and under or 24 inches and over are non-refundable.
• Bracelets under 7 inches or over 8 inches are non-refundable.
• If the original gold color or diamond color & quality is altered in any way from the original listing, your order is considered custom and is non-refundable.

We provide insured shipping with FedEx on all domestic orders.
